Who can do SUP Yoga?

We offer classes designed for beginning Yogis and paddlers, there’s no experience necessary. SUP Yoga is a fun activity the whole family can enjoy together!. Those with an open mind and a sense of adventure will enjoy the experience of SUP Yoga or fitness classes.

What Should I bring?

  • Water or other hydrating beverage
  • Sunscreen
  • Towel and change of clothes incase you decide to cool off and take a dip
  • and bring a friend!

What Should I wear?

We recommend the kind of stuff you’d wear to a regular yoga class for gym session that will move with you and dry quickly if you get wet. In the warmth of summer a swimsuit with board shorts and/or rash guard will do just fine.
